1. Using data provided by the User

In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as"LOPD"), it is informed that all personal data provided by the User on the Website through the www.readgroups.com domain and its sub domains (hereinafter referred to as""the Website") will be stored and processed in files owned by GreenData, SL (hereinafter referred to as""ReadGroups") to provide the services requested by the user.

2. Exercise of rights

The User can exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under Data Protection Act, by written communication addressed to GreenData, SL (ReadGroups) Tuset street, 19, 2nd floor, 08006 Barcelona, Spain, or by e-mail at soporte@greendata.es. In both cases the concerned User should attach a copy of his/her identity card, passport or other valid form of ID.

3. Safety measures

The User's personal data will be processed by ReadGroups under the strictest confidence, using applicable technical security measures and organizational established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the Act 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data.

4. Prohibition of registration for children

All children under 14 years should not provide personal data to ReadGroups without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. Please ask before if you are under your parents or guardians to contact us.

5. User Data Visibility

The user knows and accepts that any unregistered user or visitor is may enter a group and see the user name and photograph of the followers of the same users.

Similarly, each time a user makes a comment in a group, the other followers of the group can view the comment and the user who has made it.

Within a group, the email address of the user may only be viewed by the administrator of the group, in order to be able to send updates to it.

6. Ban to facilitate third-party data

It is strictly forbidden to the User on the Website provide data to third parties. The user agrees to indemnify ReadGroups to any possible claim, fine, penalty or penalties that may come forced to endure as a result of a breach by the User of the prohibition described in this paragraph.

7. Use of Cookies
